Hi All this is a remake of a hotel I made back in 2005. I decided to redo it since it can actually be a hotel now and not just a community lot. It has 6 suites, a game room, music room, exercise room, with sauna and showers, a clothing store, a meeting room, outdoor tables, restaurant and a rooftop observatory, (3 telescopes on one of the smaller roofs). In the back it has a soccer net, swimming pool, gazebo with a place to get a massage and more. I do not believe that all of the expansion/stuff packs I picked are required but I'd rather be safe than sorry. It is built on a very large lot and the price range for the rooms is 835 - 895 dollars a night.
