Hello there evreybody!

This time we are in Dresden another big german city(It is the capital city of the german state Saxony.) and veeeery beautiful aswell. I actually even think it is the most beautiful german city i have ever been too. Here is a picture from Wikipedia Well our house is again more outside of the city, in one of the little towns that were suburbanised. Maybe "wachwitz" or "kaditz".

In germany the Fachwerkhouses were/are very common.
I looked the word "Fachwerk" up for the non-german speaker, and i can say, there is no real noun for it, but the word "Framework" is quite understandable right?
In the english wikipeda its described like this:
"Fachwerk is a German term that often describes timber-framed buildings in general, but refers in particular to a certain kind of wall framing with small square panels. In the Anglo Saxon language fachwerk is a German styled house similar but not equal to the British Tudorbethan architecture."

So now about the downloadable Lot!

The house is completely furnished, it has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a big arabian tea-lounge which looks just great! I love taking pictures of my simmies hangng out there. One kitchen, an diningroom, enough space in the garden for a pool and enough space in front for a parking space!

Now there is also an unfurnished version of the house, which cost about 76.000! Enjoy!

Well i know, it doesnt have a very german furnishing , but hey, i had my diplomat family living in there, and hey,...they got around in simworld, okay? :P
