This is an elegant little 2 story Cape-Cod style home that I designed for a family with 2 children, the youngest being a toddler. Because of this, I have the 1st floor bedroom set up as the nursery because I find that to be easier for game-play, but that room would make a wonderful home office, exercise room, hobby room, or regular bedroom should you wish to convert it.

I had just gotten Ikea Stuff when I designed this house, which is why it's mostly furnished with stuff from that SP. This home has an efficient open floorplan, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a detached garage, a lovely back patio, and is nicely landscaped.

I used moveObjects on/off to add dirt to some of the landscaping (I used the dirt floor tile rather than the edit terrain tool so it could be removed more easily if need be). This home is ready-to-play; it includes everything your sim needs to build skills and stay happy - if that's what you want, of course ;o)
