All lots are thoroughly playtested. I build my lots for playability and for slower systems. I try to give all my lots fun, basic names and all have simple address book desciptions. I try really hard to make sure the buildings look good from the neighborhood view. A few lots were inspired by some of my favorite hangouts. All lots include bathrooms or bathhouses and I put sinks on lots that might be used in hot weather. My lots are to help everyone play the game the way it was meant to be played, just with smaller lots. Feedback is welcomed.

Club V:
2x1, small club, an inspired lot. Please note that the DJ booth is walled off so sims can't work as the DJ, BUT they instinctively dance on the dance floor only. I suppose they think of the dance floor as a seperate room. They will complain that they can't get to the DJ booth but will dance anyway. Sims can dance the Smustle in the cages. $32,044
MidCity Bar & Grill:
2x1, small bar with band & dining. Inspired by one of my fav hangouts. $48,742
Peanut's:
2x1, have a drink and play poker all night, fun, fun, fun!! Another lot that I was inspired to build based on one of my fav hangouts. $26,367
Westwood Tavern:
2x1, have a drink, play some pool, throw some darts. $22,562
