Hi Simmers!

Today, I bring to you an upper class house for your upper class simmies. Pricing in a 88,351 it's a house your sims will have to work there way to, or simply cheat there way to.

It's a big house that sits on a 4x4 lot, and has much landscaping, a garage and a pool and spa.

I know that my profile say's that I have University, Nightlife, and Seasons, but my laptop crashed and now I am on my family's "home computer", and the computer I am on doesn't have enough RAM to house University and Seasons, it can barely hand Double Deluxe, which is what I have installed on it! Sorry if there was any confusion.

Please, please use the Clean Installer when installing this lot, since I do have Celebration Stuff, I didn't use anything from it, but just to be safe install this lot with the Clean Installer! Thanks!

Sorry but I had to restore my computer so i lost everything!! My computer disc isn't reading the cd anymore so untill i get that fixed i wont be building any houses.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
