Kings Court consists of three houses which are all on one 3x4 lot and with AL you can turn them into apartments - I have tested this in my game and it worked for me The prices of the apartments range from $3,342/week to $6,366/week so they're quite expensive, although they are full size houses. As a residential lot the price is $364,047.

There is little communal space if you turn them into apartments, only the driveway, the tiny patch of grass and the fountain area at the back of the lot. However, the houses all have their own conservatories and gardens. They should all have fire and burgalar alarms and all skill building equipment too. :p

1 Kings Court
- $6,366/week (on the left)

1 Kings Court is the most expensive house and costs $6,366 a week to rent. However, I think it is the largest house and has the most bedrooms. It has a guest room and a formal living room though, so if you're a sim, it's probably well worth the money

2 Kings Court - $3,342/week (on the right)

As I was building this house I imagined that the sims who lived here weren't really into gardening or the outdoors since this house had the smallest garden. Inside, however, there is a games room with a card table, dartboard and chess and it also has a large eat-in kitchen. And polished wood floors :p

3 Kings Court - $4,993/week (at the back)

While building this one I thought that it would be the cheapest, but it turned out more expensive than 2 Kings Court, probably because it's slightly larger. This is the only house to have a nursery in, so it only has two other bedrooms. It has a larger hallway than the rest of the houses though.

Information about turning into an apartment building

This lot does not require Apartment Life to work - I couldn't add AL to the AnyGameStarter because I bought it digitally but it can easily be converted to an AL lot if you have AL.

All you have to do is go into the lot, exchange the front doors with apartment doors (mats facing outwards), press ctrl shift c to open the cheat box and type
changelotzoning apartmentbase
Then you can move your sims into the apartment
To rent the apartments furnished, type
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
into the cheat box. Then select your sim and shift click on the apartment door of the apartment you want to rent and choose rent furnished.
