This lot is actually inspired by Maxis 210 Wright Way in Pleasantview. I always thought this house is to large for a family, so I wanted to make it in to a hotel.

It has 6 rooms, non of them has a bathroom, the geasts has to shear.
Bluewater Spa and Hotel has a very cosy restaurant with nice view of the bay.
Your sims can take a bath in the ocean or in the swimingpool.
