Welcome to 400 Cordial Lane, an American Colonial from back in the day. There are two versions of this house for your enjoyment, and a description for each.

Starter Version
This house has a beautiful exterior, a spacious backyard for its size, and a lot of space inside. It has the original brick it was built with. Some say that it was owned by Benjamin Franklin himself, and while they would be absolutely wrong, who's to say he's not haunting this house just the same?

There are a few minor problems, of course. When the previous owners were evicted, they took everything they could fit through the door... including the light fixtures! Luckily, they left the bare essentials, and now we're passing these great savings on to you, for the low low price of $19,947!

All of the pretty pictures you see down below are NOT for this house. Please direct your attention to the screenshots of what appears to be two empty floors. If you squint, you'll definitely see a bed or two, and perhaps a nightstand.

Full Furnished Version

In a perfect world, the previous owners of this house weren't total jerks, and all of the gorgeous furniture has been taken well care of and restored when needed. There is a spacious, open floor plan downstairs, a large TV in the family room/entry way, and two bedrooms with more than just beds in them! All of the screenshots of furnished rooms and the backyard are for the furnished version of the house.

Unfortunately, having a furnished house costs money, and this lovely abode will set you back a cool $58k.

But isn't that a good price to pay for beauty?

Lot Size: 1x3
