Maybe that's why they nicknamed these series "The Lithuanian Project", which were better then the building built before.

These buildings were built from the 1960ties and unlikely other series, this can be found in almost every part of Riga.

This is a smaller reproduction of the real thing, thanks to the wall limit in the game. This lot has only 3 floors and 3 entrance (the real buildings have 5 floor and 3 - 7 entrances, in some cases only 1 entrance, but those are special modifications to the project)

I included a park on the back side of the lot with a pond and a children playground - almost like they were build in those days, when these buildings appeared.




The side entrances have one 2-room and two 3-room apartments on each floor. The middle entrance has one 1-room, one 2-room and one 3-room apartment. The prices are from 721$ to 1`1238$ per week (the apartments have only furnished kitchen and bathroom).

So it makes a total of 27 apartments ( 3 entrances X 3 apartments per floor X 3 floors = 27)
