Mable Point Luxury Estate is a manor like house I designed recently in my spare time. I have been making houses for quite a long time, yet this is my first upload to any Sims 2 website or any modding website in general, and I hope to post some more in the future.
The exteriour looks very robust and strong, and the roof, while a bit exadurated, adds to this feel of security. The interior is sort of a blend between modern and traditional decorating, laying more on the warm, holmely traditional side.
The price of this lot is insane, ยง334 000! Then again, it is fully furnished etc.
It is on a 3x3 lot and can make a great home for a family of 6 (pets excluded).
There are already areas for your pets, but if you don't want them you can delete them later on.
