"Paradise Flats" Series
This is a series of more modern styled houses that you might find in hotter climates such as beaches or desert type areas, some are beach houses I made (but never uploaded) in TS2 and am remaking for TS3.
Oasis Outlook
Providing the best quality sandy and watery views combinded with the solitude of being stuck in the middle of a desert, far away from anything or anyone!
Rooms
3 Bedroom
2 Bathroom
Kitchen / dinning room
Livingroom areas
Workout room
Lot Size: 30x30
Lot Price: $87,508 (F) / $56,372 (Unf)
Side Notes
This is the 3rd house in my "Paradise Flats" series, it's a good size house and could easily accomodate a medium and maybe a large size family. The bedrooms aren't too small and should easily fit baby furniture instead of the regular stuff, also if it gets really packed with sims the workout room could be converted into a bedroom too (I'd originally built it as a bedroom but changed my mind while furnishing).
Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
