"Paradise Flats" Series
This is a series of more modern styled houses that you might find in hotter climates such as beaches or desert type areas, some are beach houses I made (but never uploaded) in TS2 and am remaking for TS3.
Mini Mirage (Starter home)
When you crave deserty bliss but can only afford a sandbox, move in to the Mini Mirage.. it's small and there's not a lot in it, but at least you don't need a nameless stallion to get from one side to the other!
Rooms
2 Bedroom
1 Bathroom
Kitchen / dinning / Livingroom areas
Rear patio area
Lot Size: 30x30
Lot Price: $15,934 (F) / $13,486 (Unf)
Side Notes
This is the 5th house in my "Paradise Flats" series, it's a small starter house built with a similar style / floorplan to my Mirage Beach house. I managed to squeeze two bedrooms into the budget, but the interior seems to be somewhat under-furnished for my tastes so apologies in advance if you were expecting something a little more "full" .. then again, I guess it is a starter home and I did want to keep the cost under $16k so singles could move in.
Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
