This "house-boat" is from the Charles Trenet's self designed house in Juan les Pin in the French Riviera . He was a singer during the 30-50's, the original author of the "Beyond the sea" standard song La Mer and other french standard like "Douce France". It is a "simification" of the real one I saw on TV (I have not the plan) but I found some pics and make it with the (poor) TS3 stuff.

It is built in a méditeranéan landscaped garden with a swmingpool, dinning and rest places. Thera are 3 bedrooms an office and a sports room on the level. Each level have larges terrases.
In the zip file you find my first TS3 patern I need to paint the red/green stripes on right wall... thanks to the MTS tuts and Delphy's tools !
As TS3 dont package custom content you must install it in your "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Les Sims 3\Mods\Packages\Patterns" or use the useful Delphy's TS3 Install Helper Monkey
