"Demolition Alley" Series
This is a series of warehouse and industrial type buildings, they are all residential lots so they are designed to be functional houses at the core but I am trying to retain as much of a warehouse / industrial theme as possible.

Where-house 36d
Where'd the house go? We're not too sure, but after a thorough investigation we believe that the giant rock in the back may be able to shed some light on the situation!

Rooms
4 Bedroom (3 regular / 1 nursery)
3 Bathroom
Kitchen / dinning area (with bar!)
Livingroom
Office / study
Hobby room
Workout room

Lot Size: 30x30
Lot Price: $91,462 (F) / $63,313 (Unf)

Side Notes
This is the third house in my "Demolition Alley" series, it's fairly big as it has 3 floors with 4 rooms and a bathroom each on the 2nd and 3rd floors (since I didn't fancy making 6+ bedrooms I spread a few items around instead). 2nd floor is entirely bedrooms and 3rd floor is the "miscellaneous" floor, I kind of ran out of room types so there's a storage room full of old junk (I mean, it is a warehouse after all ). The kitchen / dining area also features a bar area incase you feel the urge to have friends over, and there's plenty of parking too!

As you might have noticed there's a bit of "damage" to the rear of the building, one of those pesky giant rocks that are always falling out of the sky. It's designed as such that the working part of the house (i.e. the front, bedrooms, kitchen, etc) doesn't directly have access to the damaged portions (safety precautions n'all!) though you can walk around the crater into what's left of the 1st floor. The other reason for designing the upper floors as such was to avoid any negative moodlets, unfinished, OMG THERE'S NO WALL!, that type of thing .

Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). I did a quick walk around to make sure there aren't any areas to get stuck in, I failed to get my sim stuck but if anyone does please let me know where. If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.

Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Price: $91,462

Thanks to RalphaelNinja from www.thesims3.com for the twinkle of an idea, his "Building a Yacht" tutorial gave me the idea to use a framework to give the effect of the stengthening bars in the floor for the damaged upper floors.
