Built on a medium park this modern sport center have everything for the body and the fun of sims
You can practice outside sports in the large park with 3 pools and games, rest is not forgoten with a picnic anc drink area.
The center is built above the park around a central stairway.
On the top there is the party room, bellow is the sports room an on 1st floor the rest room. Of course bathrooms are not forgoten.
421 is just a well known frend friendly dice game... easy to design with pool tool an with lights on the roof.
