City Garden House nicely furnished for five $52,358

This little city house uses all the space on the 2x2 lot. Most of the lot is taken up with the 3 bedroom house--which is quite spacious for the small lot class. It is rather cheap ($52,358) as the last Anderson died without heirs and so the estate sale is discounted. There is also a pretty little garden, where the children can play and adults can socialize around the barbeque. Plantings give the feel of privacy, but do not block playability/viewability of the lot. As you can see, Death was quite charmed by the little lot and decided to rest a while to enjoy the serenity.


Downstairs is a livingroom, den and kitchen/dining area plus a full bath. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one small bedroom, a full bath and a spacious landing that doubles as a recreation room. Downstairs is a dank and dingy little basement used primarily to store odd objects that are not wanted at the moment. There are more odd objects than is typical in such a house because when Death hung around I decided to take pictures...and while taking pictures I discovered that when a sim dies--if you have them selected at the time of their passing--you can actually spend all their aspiration points. They don't have to take it with them!
