This new home is perfect for a little and cosmopolitan couple. As you see, you can download it with furniture or unfurnished, as you like it.

The house is an industrial construction, it's open so light and colour are the most important things. But I think I'll better show you:



This is the kitchen and the dinning. It's decorated in black, red and white tones. It counts with modern electrical appliances, to make your sim's life so much comfortable.



Here, you can see the Livingroom, maybe the most important part of the house. It's built with large windows which make possible the light pass through all the home. The decoration here bases in black and white colours.



The bedroom is a special and personal part of this home. It's furniture is basically Thai, which makes it perfect to relax, read and sleep, of course.



The batroom is a useful place, decorated in black and white, with a beautiful bath tub where your sims could appreciate the vista while they relax after a hard work day.
