Summer is almost here for those who live in Australia, so to celebrate the beauty of living by the beach, I have made this modern, exotic coloured home.
Who would'nt want to wake up to the peaceful sounds of the ocean, the light sea breeze and breaking of waves as they reach shore?
Yes, ofcourse the sea isn't always like this .. a tsunami could come to greet your sims in the morning .. but lets not go there

This lot features:
