These were my favourite eyes for Sims2.
So I converted them (with permission) into contact lenses for Sims3!
They are for all ages and both genders. They appear under costume makeup.
You can change the colour of the eyes in game (you can also change the colour of the whites and the reflections but I wouldn't recommend it
).

I also made a custom thumbnail, so it's easier to find in CAS
. It looks like this:
