Double Loveliness - a real semi-detached house

This is first of a few lots that have been waiting for being uploaded for a month now lol This one is based on a real house just one street away from my house. Maybe it's not a beauty but it has some charm Well, I like it, so I decided to make it. I'm sorry for so much custom content used but...I couldn't help using it. Big thanks to all the great creators out there!
'Double Loveliness' is a semi-detached house which means that 2 families can live there. Of course, it's not like apartment life unfortunately, but you can just make a couple of Sims and move them in and play as if they were strangers to each other.



...Let's say there is a handsome yet a bit lone-wolf-like guy who lives in the right part of the house and a woman with a little daughter (or a niece, daughter of woman's deceased sister) who live in the left part of the house. The neighbours do not know each other but living so close eventually they will meet. Will the guy befriend the little girl and then accidentally bump into her custodian? Will there be a friendship between the adults ..or..maybe something more? Will the little girl finally have a normal family? Will the guy be ready for such a big change in his lonely life? All the answers for these questions are up to you!

Install Instructions

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
