I've been seeing a lot of Terra artwork since Dissidia came out and I've long been tempted to try and create her costume for the sims, and eventually got around to it. Her dress is mostly modeled on the Dissidia versions of her outfit (main and alternate), with tidbits like her necklace from the FMV sequences from the remake of the original game thrown in.
generalzoi's cloak accessory has once again been a godsend as it really just completes the outfit. It can be worn without it, however, if that is what you prefer--the back looks much the same as the front of the outfit.
