Clonard - Country Farmhouse.




Clonard is a small village located in County Meath, Ireland.
It's population is mostly rural and so there are many of these beautiful, old, farmhouses just waiting to be discovered.



The home I have created for you is based off of one which I drive by frequently. I was lucky enough to have a viewing of it last year when it was put up for auction. The real one was sold for a whopping €396,000!
I assure you the pixel version is nowhere near that price. My poor Sim families would be struggling for years!
