UPDATE for Pets and patch
Well, yes, these files are now updated for Pets and patch and tested in game without problems. At least for me and I hope it works for all of you.
Thanks to leester and des-demmonia who pointed out some errors with texture and slots I've now edit the files for the sofas and the table. The sofas will now have better texturing and the slots at the ends of the table are moved so now the plate won't be hoovering in air when a sim sits at the end. But I want the table to be smaller then the EA standard because I think it's prettier that way.
PLEASE DOWNLOAD AGAIN The new files will overwrite the previous files.
The folded chair can be found among the statues in the decorative area in the catalogue.
This type of outdoor furniture are very common here in Scandinavia since many, many years. You can find it on old pictures from long time ago. It's very practical and easy to fold for winter storage.
In this set you find six furniture files and an extra bonus, the small table cloth (I don't know if it's called so in English).
All furniture are delivered unpainted so you must paint it yourself. There are three channels on every item. The third channel is the bolts wich are galvanized but will be rusty if you make your furniture shabby.
Costs:
Chairs, both ordinary and folded: 40$
Armchair: 55$
Sofa: 189$
Sofa with armrests: 199$
Table: 145$
Table Cloth: 10$
This is a very typical use of the garden furniture:
You find the table cloth first in the dining tables directory. Yes, it's a cloned table. I don't find anything else to clone which allow you to place something on it. The clothfile is big. I don't know why but probably because it is a cloned table.
The sofas can unfortunately not be used as seats at the table but they are nice as stand alone objects and the sims use them on their own very often.
Polygon Counts:
Chair: 848 faces
Armchair: 968 faces
Sofa: 1876 faces
Sofa with armrests: 2052 faces
Table: 1252 faces
Table cloth: 32 faces
Additional Credits:
I thank Inge and Peter Jones for S3OC and S3PE and my neigbour whos furniture I used as models for this upload.

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.
For Package files:
1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
For Sims3Pack files:
1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
