The Grand Vision Ziggurat is a high paradise of earth, garden and stone for your supreme ruler sim, for worse or for better. It is said that the sim that makes their home here and proves themselves will one day rise to the pinnacle of glory and unify the world under one sovereign nation. The ziggurat is best for evil or good characters.

Notes:

The target location is 455 Sunnyside Blvd, Sunset Valley. In a new game this address is occupied by the uninhabited stock home Unabridged. You will have to bulldoze Unabridged to un-occupy the lot. Note that Ziggurat R'uyh 'Zymh costs less.

The first thing when playing this lot: set either the left or right entrance to be the front door. The mailbox and trash can are nearby. When this is done the newspaper will be delivered near the front gate. A trash compactor is near to recycle newspapers.

There is no Beautiful Vista attached to the lot because I bulldozed and flattened the lot before building the ziggurat instead of using the hammer to manually tear down the lot. Perhaps there is a way to add Beautiful Vista to the lot outside the game.

A single sim opening the lot for the first time will appear on the stage. This guitar stage is just for show. A sim that is ordered to play the guitar with the intent to serenade dining guests will, instead, snatch the guitar and walk up the stairs or else put it in their inventory. If you want the option to play the guitar in front of the dining table then you can try deleting the stage foundation ( deleting the wall fence on top first ) and placing the guitar on the ground level.

Because of TS3's book system, you will not see custom books in the neighborhood library with the browse interaction, not that you would want to. The books are not offensive, but a few of them break sim immersion by satire of the real world or by mentioning humankind instead of simkind.
