Mod The Sims - Villa Magnolia

This is my very first attempt to make a starter for the Sims 3. I tryied to make it as sweet as possible and I hope you'll like it

It features one bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a small livingroom with TV and a bookshelf.

You can extend it as the family grows on 3 of its sides.
