Bored of the game for a while, I decided to step back into the Sims3 by simply playing a family in a Maxis made home.

After a few years surrounded by ugly at 72 Waterlily Lane, the Martinez family couldn't take it anymore and put their architectural and interior design skills to work. This lovely home remodel, decorated in cheery shades of green, yellow, blue and purple is the result.

The exterior shell of the home remains. The family added a small rear extension on the home and dug out a new basement. The home was gutted, and a new floor-plan was designed.

It is a small 2BR home, ideal for a couple with child. It features a basement office and artist's studio perfect for architects, painters, photographers and sculptors.

No CC Used. Optional free store items used:
Ivy from Renault set used to decorate around chimney
Honeycomb Bookshelf for living room decor
Generation Clock used for basement decor. (I obtained this item for free, but it may now be a promo item)
Not-A-Street Floorlamp used to decorate Master Bedroom.

This lot looks best on a corner (original placement 72 Waterlily Lane, Sunset Valley)
