[24/10] Higher Quality Purchased Fruits and Vegetables from Grocerystore (Compatible with Patch 1.63-1.67)

As requested in Jenesis' Fruit Buying Mod thread,
This mod will make that all purchased vegetables, fruits and meats (including eggs and cheese) you buy from grocery store have "Outstanding" quality. But not with the purchased fish (always "Normal" quality).


Usage:
Just put the package file into your Mods\Packages folder.


Note:
This mod should not be considered as cheating, because the prices will go up with quality.
Examples: Original price for Tomato (Nice quality) is $5, now it's $12 after quality set to Outstanding.
Because of this, if you used Jenesis' Fruit Buying Mod, the price for rare fruits (like flame fruit and life fruit) will be so expensive (her mod includes price changes for rare fruits).

According from [email protected], can't set the purchased quality to "Perfect" because if set it to perfect, your sim enters the store to buy, then gets teleported out to the back of the store. So the maximum quality is Outstanding.

This mod will not conflict with buyable all fish/fruit mod & Cooking And Ingredients Overhaul mod by BlackCat007.
