The Stoney Path Apartments
A Small, 4-Unit Apartment Starter for your neighborhood.
This lot is a simple starter apartment. With 4 units, the building is compact, and ideal for a single sim or couple. I intend to create more buildings like this, eventually creating a starter apartment set.
Layout and Design
This building has been specifically designed to take advantage of the space on a 20x20 lot. This "Apartment" has 4 units. It was designed with the tools used for creating High-Rise buildings, and like High-Rise buildings, only one unit is playable, and will be the home to the active family which lives there. This unit is a small, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. All the essentials are included, aswell as a medium amount of decor. I would not consider this lot FULLY furnished. To keep the lot price below 10,000 simoleans, you will need to purchase a television for the living room!
How to Edit This Lot
This lot includes build elements that render it un-editable without the use of cheats. To lift the restrictions, the following cheats are needed, and should be typed into the Cheat console by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C, the cheat, and then enter. Enter each code as shown.
