Sunridge Hills is a two story home with a breathtaking view of the beach. House is well-furnished (not fully) and includes a swimming pool. I suggest you guys finish furnishing the rest :D

Suggestion: Since this game requires Ambitions, place an empty lot near the beach (place it somewhere where the lot reaches the actual beach sand) to experience the "beachy" theme :D
