The idea for this home actually originally came from a documentary about Japanese gardens that I saw on TV. I wanted to build a Japanese style home surrounded by one of these beautiful gardens. Also I wanted to build something considerably smaller than my previous projects so this was the perfect situation to try a smaller home again. I think the project came out quite nicely and I have to give a big thanks for the people on the creator feedback forum, they knew much more about Japanese gardens than I did

The house's interior design is modern with a few Japanese influences in specific pieces of furniture.

The house's name "Tsukiyama" is actually a Japanese garden type. I chose the name because the whole house was originally inspired by the Japanese garden.

"Tsukiyama Gardens often copy famous landscapes from China or Japan, and they commonly strive to make a smaller garden appear more spacious " - Wikipedia.

The house has:
3 Bedrooms (One double, two single)
2 Bathrooms
Kitchen
Livingroom
Lobby (x2, another on the second floor)
Balcony
Grilling area in the front of the house
A seating area in the middle of the garden

Price furnished: 144,566§
Price unfurnished: 97,466§

The house is built on a 30x40 lot.

I have the garden photos attached here as they were too big for the upload system:

Lot Size: 3x4
Lot Price: 164566
