This is a residential lot based on my representation of the "Good Baking Pan Bakery" in Kiki's Delivery Service. Also known as "Guchokipanya." I just adore the movie and have been wanting to recreate the iconic bakery for some time so it only made sense to make this my first upload to the site. I hope you and your sims enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.
