This time my goal was to built small, inexpensive (but still nice looking) house for family 2+1. The price is under 30 000, but house still contains a lot of things: TV, fire alarm, anti-theft alarm, grill, easel, driveway and other.
I hope you will like it.

Requires The Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions and Late Night (version 6.0.81.012001)
