hello everyone, this my first upload, so please, be gentle. 
This is Bay Side, a neighborhood situated around a small bay in Sim Nation, it contains area that are suitable for beach-lots and other for normal residential and/or community lots.
A bridge connects the east and west side at the neck of the bay.
In the pictures you can see the areas that are suitable for beach-lots, also, the bay gives the lots a wonderful view (if you have a good graphics card.
The areas near the edge of the N'Hood are mostly flat but those near the bay are more bumped.
This terrain works best with Tom Duhamel's camera Mod: Enhanced Gameplay Cameras: http://navetsea.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=312294

How to install:
1- Unzip or Extract or Whatever...
2- Place in the following location: C:\Users\(User's name)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains
