To avoid confusion
This is NOT a residential lot, it's a community lot your Sims can visit (Lot set as: No visitors allowed)
Forgotten
The infamous Welshire manor and it's story..
1904 is the year where it was built by the wealthy Welshire family. They only lived there for 3 years.
That's what people are telling us...
The true story is in the year 1907. Neighbours heard loud noises and screams coming out of the manor, and only 4 minutes later it was over. They saw a man leaving the house... they thought it was Mr. Welshire, that he had a fight with his family but it was dark and couldn't see it very well. 3 days after the incident nobody saw a Welshire leaving or getting into the manor, and the curious neighbours went to take a look. What they found were an open door, the bodies of the Welshires and a bloodbath.
It wasn't just a fight which took place the night 4 days ago, it was a brutal murder act...
Years later, around 1947, the community wanted to demolish the house because no one bought it. They went inside to take all the furniture out. A few hours later it was almost done, but suddenly there were loud noises and screams again, just like the night in 1907. And again they found dead bodies and a bloodbath...
The only furniture left are some chairs, a sofa, some tables, a piano, pieces of the kitchen and a mysterious, scary painting.
1993 the small neighbourhood already became a town, with the Welshire manor still on it's place. Some homeless punks made it to their home and again, loud noises, screaming and 3 dead punks and bloodbath...

Horrific story, eh?
Today the day it's still standing, nothing happened since 1993. It's closed by the community but your Sims can enter with a special right, but nobody did, not even ghost hunters. Do your Sims dare to?
Good luck, I hope for you it won't end with a bloodbath...

7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
