It’s been a long time in the making, but La Belle Bateau de Liberté is finally here. Firstly I would like to thank all of you who helped me by giving me feed back over at the Creator Feedback Forum, especialy lulume, Johnny Bravo and SimmyRN. Thanks a lot you guys! I have two versions on offer in this upload, a regular residential version and an apartment version. The regular version has the whole boat on offer to your household where as the apartment only has one bedroom on offer to your household, although the rest of the boat is pretty much all public rooms so you will still have access to and use of it. I have also created community versions which can be found here.
The boat has 4 decks and if full of relics from its travels, now it sits in its own pond after it was pulled up onto dry land to escape the impending future development of the harbour it once called home. Once on dry land the boat was revealed as being a bit worn, the years hadn’t been too kind and so she was in need of some tender loving care. This is just what she got when she was saved from the destruction she would have faced had she remained in the harbour.
The Wild Wild West community, where she has been restored and photographed, has been kind to her and now she is ready to return that kindness by providing a home to those who want it. She has 8 public cabins and one crew/staff cabin, all of which are capable of holding atleast 2 sims, although in the apartment version only one of the public cabins is usable. The residential version costs 415,856 simoleons fully furnished and 207,990 simoleons unfurnished. The apartment version only costs 5,928 simoleons furnished and 0 simoleons unfurnished. The lot size is 50 by 50 and so is a very large lot which may be trouble for slower computers as there's a lot to load.
In creating this lot I have used 1 piece of cc, a ship's wheel, coourtesy of shakeshaft at The Sims Resource and can be found here.
I hope you will all apreciate and enjoy this creation. A lot of work and effort has gone into it and I shan't be attempting anything quite so grand any time soon
As usual, comments and feedback are always appreciated. If you helped me out or gave me advice over in the Creator Feedback forum, please let me know so that I can credit you

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
Well, what can i say, I enjoy playing Sims. Please feel free to use and enjoy my creations, all i ask in return is that you do not re-upload them to other sites claiming them as your own. Thank You. I greatly appreciate feedback and hope that my lots are to your liking.
P.S. It would be very interesting to see pics of what you've done with the lots I have created, and the kinds of sims you've got living there, Or if they've been used in stories. But most importantly... Have Fun!!!
