March 16: Important update ! The bone assignments on the hand were not correct and thus the sims wearing the robe couldn't bend their hands. It is now fixed, so please redownload!

This dress is made for all those who love fantasy fashion. I thought of a LOTR Elven dress when I made it.
It is a special treasure so I hope your Sims will enjoy it

This is actually an updated version of this dress. I made the first version for the NextFasionArtist contest. Since I was under a lot of time pressure to finish it, I couldn't get it as perfect as I wanted. Now it is improved and ready for you to download!

But I don't want to bore you... so on to the important stuff!
  • this dress is for young adult and adult females.
  • you'll find it under everyday and formal wear. Random NOT enabled. Also not outerwear enabled (thought it would be a bit chilly.)
  • custom mesh with new LODS and fit/fat/thin morphs.
  • the creation is basegame compatible!
  • the texture is a mix of EA textures, handpainted and photoskinned elements.
  • there are four different overlays which are half transparent so they can be recoloured!
  • four colour channels and different mask/overlay combinations for maximum customizability. See picture in the attachment for channels and mapping.
  • custom thumbnails included for easy recognition.

Warning: Due to the wide sleeves and long skirt part, there will likely be some clipping during gameplay! Also looks freaky with some custom poses, especially ones with crossed legs. Don't try that.
The sleeves will defy gravity if your sim put the arms in the air. Sorry, nothing I can do about that.

But before you decide to ignore the dress, you might look at some pictures first

I hope you like the dress as much as I do
