Welcome to my newest Project, called "City Life".
Its a while ago since i began to build this Apartment complex. I worked nearly a half year to get it ready, although i planed to build this Lot without Island paradies at first, because there are nothing included of it. Whatever, its ready now, so i hope you will like it =)

Alltogether there are 8 Houses (one Twin House which is empty). Three of them are livable houses for your sims. The rest are reserved for NPCs or are Public Rooms.
How many of the NPCs should live there you can decide by clicking "ctrl+Shift" on the doors with hidden rooms (make sure that "TestingCheatsENabled true" is activated) Choose "NPC Door" to let an NPC live there.
If you think there could be more livable Areas, you can arrange it without a Problem, because there is still enough Floors for your own Creativity

There are following livable Apartments and/or NPC Apartments

➔ A Single Sim /NPC Apartment Building

➔ A Couple/NPC Apartment Building

➔ A Family/NPC Apartment Building with Basement Garage

➔ Only NPC Apartment (one Floor)

Public

➔ Chinese Restaurant with upper NPC Apartment

➔ A Night Club with Basement Garage

The Chinese Restaurant and The Night Club are labled as public rooms. That means, Visitor have access to the rooms and can interact with everything in it. The only thing thats different to Community Lots is, that the bar for example is without Staff, just for self-service =)


Lot is fully furnished and contains no custom content. You need All Big Expansion Packs till Island Paradies
