K.M. Alexander, the author of "The Stars Were Right" describes the futuristic city of Lovat so well that I begin to visualize it for Sims! He described submerged old buildings, lower levels of the city which received little light, and the upper levels where the well-to-do enjoyed sunlight and luxury. Therefore, your Sims will go from seedy to sublime in this community lot which has everything: shopping, dining, entertainment. Like the hero in the book, who is falsely accused and on the run throughout the city, your Sims will roam the different levels of Lovat seeking to fulfill their most cherished wishes.

While the city actually has 9 levels, I wanted this lot to be playable and fun, so I limited it to 7 levels. I also tried not to go crazy with decorations and landscaping. I play tested for several days and found service in the two restaurants to be fair. Your Sims can also order food in some of the lower levels if they ask to sit at the counter.
