I got this idea from a thread on the forum, what does a minimalist like me really need in a city? A bed is nice, I need heating and water living so far north. The next thing I would need was a computer. Laundry, food, entertainment is all outside my door. I can even get a shower at the gym and toilets are all over the place. Because I had the room I added a carpark, not really needed in a city where I live, but that may be different elsewhere.


Money isn't really the issue here, so lets make it somewhat cozy.



Being a minimalist decoration needs to be on a need it basis The computer is by the footend of the bed.



I did include a shower though, you can replace that with a toilet if you like. I just didn't like the thought of leaving the flat looking like a mess.



Last but not least, the Sauna. Then my life is complete. I don't need anything more. Oh well, I wish

Exp kind of NEEDED for a one tile dresser: University, otherwise basegame. Seasons for a painting on the wall.

Apartments

The house contains 7 NPC apartments as well, just so you can all meet in the Sauna. If you like to do changes use the cheat "RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings False" and change false to true when you're finished.
