Update 10/05/14: And updating these for the patch, too
What's new? I added sfbce_allsets_10-01-14_withgenetics.rar (contains all 4 sets in their own package) to the files. What do they do? Well, the following:
  • they now inherit properly due to a manual change of the eyecolor-flagvalue in s4pe. Edit: no proper inheritance due to them being disabled for random, which also affects inheritance unfortunately. You can change them in s4pe and set "allow for random" to "true", which would fix the problem (proper inheritance again) - but that would also mean that townies would generate with them.
  • other values (notably secondarysortindex & the CASP instance number) have been changed so the swatches all appear in order and on specifically assigned places.
the red set will now appear after the amber (but before the purple) swatch. The purple set will appear after the purple swatch (yes, I know, what a surprise ), followed by the vibrant and the metallic set.
  • I set "allow for random" to false in s4pe. Townies should NOT generate with these eyes anymore.

I advise against downloading this rar if your game isn't patched. I have no idea what would happen if you do anyway, but better not try it out.
The old downloads still work with the new patch, you can continue using them if you wish / if my wild manipulation of flagvalues makes you uncomfortable. Please keep in mind that I didn't change a single bit of them though and don't plan to do so in the foreseeable future. Their sort order is very crazy, but apart from that, they still work no problems

Are you a fan of all things bland and cartoony, yet severely disappointed by the absolute lack of unnatural eye colors? Where's red? Where's purple? Why isn't there a shade of blue so bright it almost hurts to look at it?
I've asked myself these questions for a long time. I was frustrated. Angry. Fearful, even. Until I discovered that, indeed: the grass is always greener on the other side of the color wheel.
So here's another couple of non default eye colors, each of them an absurdly and unrealistic hue no mere mortal could ever have.

Color your sims' eyes in shades of yellow, orange and red with the stunning Red Set! (6 colors total)
Make them look all fantasy and elvish with the Purple Set! (6 colors total)
Are you looking for really bright greens and blues? Then you definitely want the Vibrant Set! (6 colors total)
But wait! There's more! For the cheap price of "it's totally free, you just have to download it!", you can get the Metallic Set, 3 shades of "it's not really metallic but I think it looks kinda nice so I'm uploading it with the other sets".

Disclaimer:
  • All sets are non default and were cloned from the default black swatch - they should appear right after it. (and yes, you can use all of them at the same time)
  • If you already own other non default eyes that happen to share the same swatch as mine, the game will show you a copy of the preexisting non defaults instead. I made sure all of my non defaults have their own swatch, so no trouble to be expected if you don't use any other non defaults.
  • The individual swatches from each set unfortunately don't appear in "logical" order (e.g. in my game the red set shows up as "pale yellow - orange - yellow - red - reddish orange - dark red"). I still haven't found out why. Swatches from different sets will, however, not end up mixed together (at least they shouldn't and haven't in my game). Cannot give an absolute guarantee which set will show first (in my game it's red - metallic - purple - vibrant)
  • Ingame dudette wears the darkest shade of red - ingame dude wears the second light purple.
