About
Granny's old tea house is a picturesque little home located in the middle class neighbourhood. It's size and colour scheme is well balanced, and although its pink details, it suits everyone with a vintage taste. This is a starter home and includes just the basic furnitures that your sim require, there is in fact not much space left for anything else.
It might not be the most luxurious villa in town, but a cosy atmosphere is priceless... Except in this case where you get it for § 19 800.

Behind the design
This time I got a request to recreate something I've previously made for Sims 3: Beaver Cottage .
Therefore the floor plans were already done, however, those two games are not fully compatible when it comes to reconstructing a lot, so I had to improvise. Firstly, I couldn't find any walls that were close enough, secondly, the roofing wasn't reconstructible either. So instead I decided to re-theme it and go for a less worn down design.

The small house and sparing of furniture allowed me to focus more on the garden, to improve the atmosphere immensely.

Unfortunately, the lot isn't perfect yet, since TS4 still contains some bugs with side roofs (meaning they don't completely disappear indoors). But hopefully those things will get fixed in later patches.

Install guide
- Extract the rar-file with an unzip-application.
- Put all the files in the following folder: /documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray/
