I use this as a vacation home for my Sims. I originally built it in Sunset Valley on the site of Thornton and Morgana Wolff's house simply because it has such a great view, but feel free to try it on any 40 x 40 lot somewhere by the sea I play tested it for a final time before uploading it here with Thornton and Morgana from Sunset Valley and they managed to set fire to the Grill and all the terrace furniture within .... ohhh five minutes of being there ... So yeah .. Some sims are just not to be trusted!

The house itself is strongly influenced by this house I found on the Interwebs.

It's not an exact copy, I didn't care for the square structure at the back of the actual house but I loved the cantilever effect of the part I used for the build. The build was achieved with a lot of CFE so altering it in any way (unless you're experienced with CFE) will be a bit awkward, the house is technically four floors high, two of which are CFE'd. I don't have it but I can imagine the house would look great with some of the more modern furniture from the ITF EP.

Internally we have three bedrooms sleeping 5 sims and 3.5 bathrooms and a study on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a large living room and a kitchen/diner. Externally there is a swimming pool on the ground floor and upstairs there are two terraces, one of which has a hot tub and the other for outdoor entertaining. The garden is really low maintenance, purely because it's a vacation home in my game, but this is room for veggie planting and kids swings and play sets if you want to plop them down.

There is no Custom Content used in this house but I have used Contemporary Curtains by Dave, the Wong Way Bistro table and chairs and the yuccas (with and without blossoms) from Lucky Palms. .
