Two Comfortable New Apartments

Ya know - sometimes the older houses are the best. They are filled with architectural details, and just oozing with charm. But, sometimes, the upkeep on these old places is kinda steep for one person to handle. Well, now, your sim can have all the ambiance for half the price! This beautiful older house has been lovingly converted to two separate apartment units.





Each apartment is fully furnished in an eclectic antique style; featuring a double bed, desk, and full bathroom upstairs, with an eat-in kitchen downstairs. Burglar and fire alarms are included, as are telephones, TVs, computers, and hobby items. The common area inside has several seating areas, bookshelves, a piano, an easel, and a beautifully decorative fireplace.

Outdoor amenities include a lovely landscaped yard with a fountain in front, and a gardening area with mature fruit trees in back. There is also a mosaic tiled private swimming pool and a grill area in the side yard.


If you enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown Belladonna Cove, and would love to live in an old-world mansion, this is exactly what you've been waiting for! BTW - The attic area is empty. It would be accessible to your sims if you add another level to the staircase - or maybe your sim knows how to teleport?
