Today Sjader and I bring you this Cape Cod style home based on the HG TV 2015 dream house

The house has 3 bedrooms with private patio areas, 2.5 baths, open-concept great room, dining room, kitchen, and family room, and large back yard with room for a pool. Test sims had plenty of room for socializing and family activities.

The unfurnished version of the house has the custom walls and floors but no custom furniture objects. The price of the unfurnished home is 64,922 simoleons.

The uploaded furnished lot which has never been lived in by sims has new furniture objects by me:

Use cheat codes boolprop snapobjectstogrid false and move_objects on to place the armless piece of the sofa in the middle.
