I really enjoy playing Pleasantview but the cheaper houses are always too small. So I fixed that.
This is my makeover of 70 Middle Lane.
I tried to keep the exterior very similar to make sure it still matches the other houses nearby.
I tweaked the floorplan quite a bit, making it be two bedrooms instead of one. It has a kind of odd inner floor layout which makes for a bit of difficulty decorating but I quite like it.
There is a furnished and unfurnished version included. The unfurnished version is 18,078 making it close to a starter home (the unfurnished version does have the bathroom done as I already finished that when I remembered I wanted an unfurnished one.)
The furnished version is 36,531 so it no longer falls in the range of a starter home but you could probably go in and remove some of the purely aesthetic decorations if you would like to make it a starter home.
I avoided using CC to better fix the maxis theme for this month however I did use HugeLunatic's fixed rugs for offgrid. It is not included in the file but you can go install it if you would like to use it. It is not necessary though as they are still Maxis rugs.
