First off, I'm new so I'd like to say hi to everybody, and I look forward to becoming more active in this community.
My very first hacked object for the sims 2 is:
Name: Red Bull
Price: $50
Setting: General/Misc
Hack: + Energy
Description: As you know, Red Bull is a popular energy drink, so now it is available to the sims. It provides a massive energy boost to the drinker.
As to if the EP is required or not...I'm not too sure, despite the fact that is IS EP ready, I can't see that there would be anything in it to stop you from using it on the original game, please could someone test it to see? Cheers.
A picture of the object and the object file are below.
Sorry about the picture, I know it isn't exactly fantastic by any stretch of the imagination, but it's only there to show that the actual packaging from the real product has been used as the texture.

UPDATE 1
I've lowered the price to $25 and given it a slightly more realistic energy rise, it rises slowly rather than instantly, and it fills 25% of the sim's energy mood bar. .
I have also increased the quality of the texture by using a raw32 bit PNG. XD
I have left the original download for people who want it specifically as a cheat object to maximize Energy.
And for all those people who appreciate the little novelty things, I added a ‘Read Ingredients’ option, with which the sim will pick up the can, and a message box will appear with an ingredients list from the real product, not vitally important, just a novelty.

Fixed GUID problem so it no longer replaces the original juice can.
