Small on size, big on style! American ranch homes are typically defined by their simple structures, one story floor plans, overhanging roofs, and lack of exterior decorations. They have peaked in style in the 1950s, and their popularity fell by the 1980s. Although not a ranch home in the truest form of the word, this house has just enough similarities that I feel is necessary to call it that.
I originally planned on building a base game starter under 16000 so a new couple could move in, but I quickly realized that that was going to be too difficult for me. While the house is in fact
base game only, the price of the house is in the 60 thousands. CC roof is required, like a lot of my houses. No CC other than that! Built by CarlDillynson, April 3, 2016!
