So. Its been a while. My last upload was for the Sims 3, in 2011, I believe. Good to be back, and all that. Onward to the upload.
Lot Description
'L'Artiste Moderne' is a 1br, 1ba modern desert abode with a mid century twist. It has been furnished with no expense spared, combining mid-century flair with a hint of Asian aesthetic. I played the house with a couple, but the studio space on the ground floor can easily be converted to a second bedroom for a future little'un. Please read the lot requirements (Base Game, Get To Work, Get Together, City Living), as well as the CC requirements.

Do I need Furnished or Unfurnished?
DO NOT use the game's version of Unfurnished. It will automatically delete all columns and architectural detail, as well as kitchen counters and bathroom amenities because they're not present in build mode (stupid, since IRL, a house comes with all of this).

If you want the lot unfurnished, please download the alternate version I have provided. The lot retains all detail, but deletes all furniture and appliances (excluding counter tops, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, the toilet, sink and shower).
