These colourful apartments currently overlook a waterfall (hence the name) but would be equally suitable at a beach or lake front.
Two apartments are two-bedroomed, while the top apartment has just one bedroom. The upper level apartments have balconies.
The building itself includes a lobby or foyer, barbecue facilities and a pool. The 2nd and 3rd level apartments can be accessed by stairs or a lift/elevator.
