Hi everyone!

Long time I don't upload anything here, sorry about that.
Well, now I built up a smaller home in modern style.
This smaller home is good for a small family or it is good for a bachelor home.

I use modern furniture for this home, its fully furnished, I use the sims 2 utimate collection for this.
Here are not any custom content. The house has a car park place, and a small pool on a small sized lot.

I hope you like this smaller house too, next time I plan to build up a pirate ship, because why not : D
